1. Reservation and payment<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Boat reservations can be made through our website www.abruzzoskipper.com, by e-mail, by phone or in person at our offices. The rental\/rental service can only be carried out after payment adjusted as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

– For the <\/span>daily experiences<\/strong>: <\/span>100% upon booking;
<\/span>– For <\/span>experiences lasting more than 1 day<\/span><\/strong>: 50% at booking and 50% at 30 days before departure.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.1 Boarding to Passenger<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Passenger boarding experiences aboard Maxi Rib twin boats 1, 2 and 3<\/span> will be confirmed only when a minimum number of 10 participants<\/span> is reached (maximum 12 per boat). Once the maximum number is reached on one boat, subsequent boats will be filled. <\/div>\n

In the event that the minimum number is not reached<\/span><\/strong>, Elite Travels Charter Srls reserves the right<\/span> to propose one of the following alternative solutions<\/span>:<\/div>\n
1. Conducting the experience on the same day on another boat<\/span>, only if available<\/span> and already scheduled to leave, belonging to an equal or higher category<\/span>.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

2. Rescheduling of the experience<\/span> at a later date to be arranged with the office based on availability.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

3. Issuance of a voucher of equal value<\/span>, valid for 24 months<\/span>, transferable<\/span> and usable for any experience <\/span>proposed by the company.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
